A Different Kind of Environment.

Many companies in this space operate as a recruitment agency and do not manage the education and wellbeing of the student or the tutor. We know this can be frustrating for teachers who want to work within a team of like minded professionals to support children to flourish. 

Once you have been brought into the team through our safer recruitment process, you will have a member of the team check in with you weekly about your students, their learning and any support you may need. We consider this a fundamental part of growing our relationships and a proactive way to react to you and the student's needs. 

We offer bespoke training to our staff, which is developed and delivered by our quality assurance partner who is a serving head teacher. 

Importantly, we will make sure you are looked after in terms of logistics around things like prompt payment. Our senior leadership includes several teachers who have interacted with agencies over the years and had experiences which were not entirely positive - it's how we operate with such a deep understanding and how we make sure all of those pain points do not exist within our business.
